Mission frame
- 9/1 – 10/1: Full court press. Founder (deep techops expertise) hands off work — what, how, division of labor — to the Hermes-orchestrated COO agent stack (TSGCOO/TSGBOD/TSGCTO screen sessions live on the ultix-streaming VM; agent identity provisioning = Redmine #442).
- 10/1 – 1/1: De-emphasis / grind phase. Long-tail chores, low human steering, loop-till-green with AWX / Kali / OpenVAS / Wazuh flowing through the sectestbed-* fleet.
- Redmine version Potential to Kinetic Ready (due 2026-09-30) is the September container.

Division of labor
- Charles (onsite Thu–Sat, then steering): physical plant execution, approvals, UAT, policy decisions, customer/business interface.
- COO agent stack (Hermes): intake, coordination, reporting. Agent identity provisioning #442, credentials #440.
- TechOps agent (this session line): remote execution, audits, loop-till-green automation, ticket/Discourse gardening, Saturday console support (ZOC paired).
- Q4 grind: security tooling (Kali/OpenVAS/Wazuh) pipelines through sectestbed-* snapshots → preprod → prod via AWX.
Sequencing (Sept)
- Week 1: physical batch done+dusted (onsite); OAM foundation tickets closed out (naming/DNS/monitoring work from this week is UAT-ready).
- Week 2–3: AWX as the IaC delivery mechanism (playbooks for the OAM cluster), k8s rebuild unblocked.
- Week 4: compliance framework stood up (gap analysis → SSP outline), version Kinetic Ready closed out.
- Oct 1: switch to grind mode.
