Since the last update I’ve been working on building the talent pipeline across tsys group
Also getting contract drafting moved along
Figured out some core strategic framework (like forming Redwood Group).
I’m in a wonderful headspace this week . We got the HQ revamped for 2021 and fixed many issues with throughput.
Also have a much better routine in place and I’m sticking to it!
I’ve also eliminated many underperforming investments from my portfolio. Was attempting to develop some human capital that cost far far more than they were worth .
