  • No arbitrary deadlines. Things are done when they are done.
  • Give back to the community. Quarterly community outings / volunteering is vital.
  • We are not our customer.
  • While we are not our customer, we are our product. Products take on the character of those who build them.
  • Work well, play often.
  • Balance and moderation is key. Downtime is mandatory.
  • No copyright assignment by outside contributors. This is a check on future tyranny.
  • One thing at a time, per person. Finish it before moving on to next. Having multiple items in flight means none of them get properly done.
